Can I change plans at any time?
Yes — you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens when I hit the row limit?
You can still use Vizmatiq with your existing data. To upload larger files, upgrade to a higher plan.
Is my data secure?
All data is processed locally in your browser by default. Two features are exceptions: AI features send column metadata, sample rows, and computed statistics (never your full dataset) to our AI provider, Anthropic — you opt in before the first AI call. Shareable dashboard links upload a full snapshot of the shared dashboard so recipients can view it without an account. Both are optional — the app works fully without them.
