1. Service Description

Vizmatiq is a browser-based data analytics platform. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

2. Your Data

You own all data you upload to Vizmatiq. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. Data processing happens locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly use sharing features.

3. Local Data Processing

All data transformations, visualisations, and analyses are performed client-side in your browser. Your dataset is stored in IndexedDB with AES-256 encryption and never leaves your device unless you choose to share a dashboard or use AI features.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal activity
• Abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer the AI features
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Upload malicious files or content
• Interfere with the service or its infrastructure

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which will remove all associated data.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vizmatiq and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
